I have 4 inch Stamped Concrete Driveway.?
I want to level an area in the backyard with a load of crush of rock in a 22 ton rated truck coming Monday. Can the 4 inch stamped concrete be able to support the weight of the truck with a full load without cracking my driveway. What is the capacity of a 4 inch driveway.
The strength of the driveway is more dependent on the condition of the gound under the concrete(i.e. the subgrade).
if it is firm and well compacted everywhere you will have no problem. If there are soft spots in the subgrade the concrete will probably break due to tension developing as the concrete tries to bridge the soft spot.
